  • Five Cases: Basic Tobacco Cessation Interventions: This continuing education course uses a case-based approach to teach the basic clinical intervention steps to help patients quit smoking or using other forms of tobacco.   • Cigar and Pipe Smoking: This continuing education course helps healthcare providers address the problem of cigar and pipe smoking in their patients.   • Smokeless Tobacco: This continuing education course helps healthcare providers address the problem of smokeless tobacco use in their patients. Topics include the various forms of smokeless tobacco, the extent of its use, its addictive nature, and the associated health effects.   • Teens and Tobacco: A Case: This case-based continuing education course helps healthcare providers prevent teen patients from smoking or using other forms of tobacco and help teens who have already started to quit.   • Monique: General Health Effects of Tobacco in Women: This case-based continuing education course presents the negative health effects of smoking that are unique for women or more severe in women (exclusive of pregnancy-related effects).
